I had a problem with my boots and toked many months to get reply and no conclusions from their side.
After you buy a product, it’s doesn’t have any support.

- problems with paying via 3 different cards, the website then shut down after choosing paying ahead option
- rude customer service
- received payment info in several different emails after specifically asking for it
- the service assured us that the skins would be cut precisely for the skis, when they arrived, they were not cut
- the binding was not supposed to be mounted and it was mounted when it arrived
- the boots did not arrive in an original box and the accessories that are usually found within it were not there

Summary:
It happened more than once, that when I had a question or wanted to be reassured, the customer service's answer was rude. Also, it looked like two different persons were communicating with me, one signed with their name, the other- rude one, did not.

After opening the parcel, I am very disappointed, especially for the way how they communicated, I believe everything should have arrived perfectly. However, they made 2 big mistakes - mounted the bindings and did not cut the skins.

Basically bought a brand new pair of ski skins of them, they don’t stick to the skis so they are worthless. They told me that is how they are meant to be and there is nothing they can do about it

All other things are bad. SportConrad customer service worked just before and during purchase process, but from the time, once you pay you do not get any response for any email and no chance to make a call to them. So everything after purchase went wrong...

Summary:
If you have courage to pay and have no idea if you get goods or does not not matter when, so let's buy.
But if you want to be sure and to have a any idea when you get goods, rather buy elsewhere.

Problems with payment, delivery issues (not sure whether it was the shop or UPS who did not write my phone on the parcel causing problems with delivery)

Summary:
The overall impression is good. Products are as specified, prices were reasonable with even a bigger discount. But there were some troubles making the overall shopping experience a bit disappointing. Firstly, it was not possible to pay using a credit card, so I had to use a bank transfer which is not usually comfortable. Secondly, although the shipping was free, my phone number was not written on the parcel and it caused problems with the delivery, it was delayed and I had to worry about it a lot, wrote a bunch of e-mails (I do not know whose fault is it, either UPS or SportConrad who did not write my phone number) Fortunately, I received everything a bit later. It is important to mention that SportConrad customer service worked well and really fast and helped me throughout the whole process.

Summary:
I have bought two pairs of skis from these people, plus a pair of boots and a couple of small accessories. Each order has been handled speedily with fast delivery. The first pair of skis I returned (my mistake), they accepted the return with no quibbles and provided a fast refund. The second pair I ordered initially without bindings, then changed my mind last-minute & added bindings with mounting. Excellent communication, no complaints from customer service, and extra payment for bindings handled with no issues. Very happy with every Interaction with these guys

Very bad customer service. Ski bindings were not mounted professionally and the screws ripped out of the skis. I was lucky not to hurt myself falling out of the bindings. The customer support is denying replacement and communication is terrible or non existent. I advice everyone not to buy from this site.
