Sunshine Village reviews

Visited in February 2022. Three peaks and good lift system (only chairlifts). Approx. 25% piste, the rest was off-piste or unpaved natural snow. On a powder day, it is a fantastic place to play around with good connection between the peaks and great variety. Free guided tours every day at 12 makes it easier to find your way around and see new goodies (would never have found a "rock garden" without them). Lots of moguls so up to everyone if you like it. Note, the weekend week 7 is a big weekend oh then there are a lot of people, otherwise almost "empty" in the lifts and slopes. Combine with accommodation in Banff for a cruel holiday, but mostly bars and not so many nightclubs if that's what you want in the evenings.

Spent a lot of 91-93 in Canada with a lot of skiing.
Sun Shine is OK with great variety of slopes but with lift close to the offpiste

In good weather a lovely facility. 3 different tops to choose from. Awesome ski ride terrain. Good park, right guess simply!
