The nearest lift is 50 metres away, while the ski trails are approximately 200 metres from the apartment, making the location convenient for both downhill and Nordic skiing. Ski in/ski out access, a ski storage area and a sauna add to the practical setup after a day in the mountains.

This 70-square-metre, single-storey apartment is situated on the upper floor of a building with six apartments. It has an open-plan layout, a balcony facing northeast and a patio by the entrance with outdoor furniture for four people. The apartment accommodates six guests in three bedrooms and includes departure cleaning, self-catering facilities and an engine heater.
