Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of freeride.com (the “Website”), operated by Freeride AB (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
For details on how we handle personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy: https://www.freeride.com/privacy-policy/

1. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes or claims arising from your use of the Website or these Terms through good-faith discussions.
If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.

If you are a consumer, you may also submit your complaint to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

This clause replaces the U.S. “binding arbitration” model and ensures compliance with Swedish and EU consumer-protection law.

2. Consent to Data Collection

By using the Website, you consent to the collection and processing of data by us, our vendors, and service providers, as described in our Privacy Policy: https://www.freeride.com/privacy-policy/
This may include the use of cookies, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), and advertising partners (such as Raptive).

You can withdraw or adjust your consent at any time by following the instructions provided in our Privacy Policy or via the cookie settings displayed on the Website.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:
– any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages,
– loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses,
– or technical interruptions, delays, or failures related to the Website or any third-party services integrated with it.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed SEK 1,000 or, if lower, the total amount you have paid (if any) to use the Website during the six-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law, including liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent changes.
By continuing to use the Website after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
