As the owner of this website (the “Site”), Freeride AB (“we” or “us”) understand that your privacy is of critical importance. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect from you via the Site and how we use and disclose such information.

Email Addresses
We may collect your email address, but only if you voluntarily provide it to us. We will not share your email address with any third parties.

How to Exercise Your Rights
You (or your authorized agent) can submit requests by using any of the methods below:

- Email: Send an email to info@freeride.se with the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe the right you wish to exercise.
- Postal mail: Freeride AB, Bastugatan 41, 118 25 Stockholm, Sweden (Attn: Privacy).
We will verify your request by reasonably necessary means (for example, by matching information you provide with information we maintain).
If you submit a request through an authorized agent, we may require proof of authorization and also verify your identity directly.
We aim to respond within the timelines required by applicable law (typically within 45 days, which may be extended where permitted).
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. When we detect a valid GPC signal from your browser,
we will apply it as a request to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for that browser, to the extent required by applicable law.
Note that the GPC signal applies per browser and device.
Do Not Track
While certain browsers may offer “Do Not Track” (DNT) settings, there is no common industry standard for DNT.
We specifically honor GPC signals as described above.
State-Specific Disclosures
Additional disclosures that may be required by certain states (e.g., CA, CO, CT, UT, VA) are incorporated into this section.
If any state requires more detailed information (such as metrics or specific lists of categories disclosed),
we will provide such information upon request as permitted by law.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most recent version of the Privacy Policy will always be posted on the Site, with the “Effective Date” posted at the top of the Policy. We may revise and update this Privacy Policy if our practices change, as technology changes, or as we add new services or change existing ones. If we make any material changes to our Privacy Policy or how we handle your personal information, or we are going to use any personal information in a manner that is materially different from that stated in our Privacy Policy at the time we collected such information, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to consent to the change.
