Cross-country ski tracks are 200 metres away, while both alpine slopes and hiking trails are close at hand. The split-level apartment is 70 m² and sleeps six people across three bedrooms. It is situated in a building with six apartments and has an open-plan layout together with a northeast-facing patio.

Pet-free and smoke-free (not allergy-sanitised). The balcony/patio is not cleared of snow.
