Gruvgården A:12 is a 70 m² apartment in Gruvgården, with space for up to six guests across three bedrooms. It has a ski-in/ski-out location right beside the slope and lift, while cross-country tracks and hiking trails are within walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor of a building with four apartments and has a west-facing patio. A sauna, WiFi, ski storage and boot dryer are also available.

Pet- and smoke-free, but not allergy-sanitised; reindeer hides are present. The balcony/patio is not cleared of snow.
