With ski-in/ski-out access and the nearest lift approximately 100 metres away, the location makes it easy to get out on the mountain. The nearest ski tracks are about 300 metres away. The 70 m² apartment sleeps six people across three bedrooms and is located on the upper floor of a building with four apartments. It has an east-facing patio, sauna, WiFi, ski storage with boot dryer, and access to an EV charger.

One designated parking space is included; other cars are referred to the weekly parking area.

Pet- and smoke-free, but not allergy-certified. The balcony/patio is not cleared of snow.
