It has a ski-in/ski-out location, with the nearest lift right by the accommodation and cross-country ski tracks approximately 200 metres away. Hiking trails are also close by. The apartment has an open-plan layout and a northeast-facing balcony with outdoor furniture for four people.

One car can be parked in the designated space below the building. Additional cars are directed to the weekly parking area.

Pet- and smoke-free, but not allergy-sanitised. The balcony/patio is not cleared of snow.
