Skars F is located in the heart of Gruvgården in Ramundberget, with the nearest lift approximately 50 metres away and the ski slopes around 300 metres from the apartment. The location also provides walking access to cross-country trails, hiking routes and cycling trails, with ski-in/ski-out access for convenient days on the mountain.

This 55 m² upper-floor apartment sleeps four people across two bedrooms and has an open-plan layout. A northwest-facing balcony is connected to the living room, while the apartment also offers a sauna, fireplace, WiFi, ski storage and self-catering facilities. The building contains six apartments.

One parking space is included; additional cars are directed to the weekly parking area. Brf Skars consists of two buildings with a total of 10 apartments, and has four shared electric vehicle chargers.
End-of-stay cleaning is included. Pet- and smoke-free (not allergy-cleaned). The balcony/patio is not cleared of snow.
A shared barbecue area is located between the buildings.
