Skars H is located in the heart of Gruvgården, with the nearest lift approximately 100 metres away and the ski slopes around 300 metres from the apartment. Cross-country trails and hiking paths are also within walking distance. The 143 m² apartment accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and two floors, with an open-plan layout and a northwest-facing balcony adjoining the living area. A sauna, fireplace, WiFi, ski storage and self-catering facilities are available, and pets are welcome.

A waxing room and ski storage are available in the building above. Two associated parking spaces are located just outside the lower-ground entrance. Brf Skars consists of two buildings with a total of 10 apartments and has four shared electric vehicle chargers. Other cars are referred to the weekly parking area.

Pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. The balcony/patio is not cleared of snow.

A shared barbecue area is located between the buildings.
