With Kode ABS, big days have just been given a boost. Kode ABS is a high-end backcountry pack combining performance with safety through its ABS Vario compatibility.

Kode ABS unites the leading snow pack series with the leading avalanche protection system. When there’s greater avalanche risk zip your Kode ABS onto the Vario base and when you don’t need the same protection use Kode ABS standalone.

Your gear is stored separately in quick access compartments. Wet gear – shovel blade, handle, probe & ski skins. Dry gear – extra layers of clothing and warm headwear. Carry your skis diagonally (Kode 42 + 22) or carry them on the side (Kode 42). On longer climbs or tours - you’ll also appreciate the Kode rapid deploy, secure & quick-stow helmet carry. Kode ABS is available in two volumes - 42L and 22+10L (expandable to 32L).
