Only the best materials and production technologies are used. The shell is made of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CRP), which provides incredible strength. The impact absorption is managed by Sweet Protection's unique "Impact Shields" technology; advanced EPS padding constructed with "shields" in various densities to distribute pressure and absorb energy in the most efficient way. The helmet also has the unique Multi-directional Impact Protection System (MIPS) a technology that can dramatically reduce the rotational forces to the brain. Hidden in the carbon shell are also threaded fasteners for the assembly of POV cameras - and two separate mounting brackets are included with the helmet.
