Here, different materials are combined according to the body mapping principle to offer ambitious skiers a garment that is not only waterproof and windproof but also provides comfortable warmth in varying conditions - both during long rides in icy chairlifts and during fast-paced and strenuous rides on black slopes. The division into cold and warm zones means that Hemsedal Hybrid Jacket consists of materials that insulate and materials that breathe: High-quality down, PrimaLoft® and 3-layer Dermizax® NX make the jacket waterproof and windproof while insulating in certain selected body zones and breathe in others. In this way, the body does not get as cooled and less energy is used to even out temperature differences. It is above all joints and cold-sensitive areas such as the neck, shoulders and arms that benefit from the impressive insulating ability of the high-quality and RDS-certified goose down. PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Active protects the back and other less exposed, but therefore often also compressed, body parts from cooling. Less cold-sensitive points that are also important for heat regulation, e.g. the abdomen and the underside of the arms, get excellent moisture transport thanks to the 3-layer Dermizax® NX membrane that breathes. Hemsedal Hybrid Jacket has a figure-hugging cut that emphasizes the athletic body shape. The men's emphasis on the shoulder area accentuates the masculine physique, while the women's model has a feminine cut that emphasizes the waist.
