| Information | BlackOps SENDER SQUAD is a very rare BlackOps ski, built for Rossignol's Team Riders by Racefabriken in France. Of course, the factory only uses raw materials from their storage shelves they are used to building with - which are otherwise only found at WorldCup skiers. However, only BlackOP's environmentally certified "PEFC" woods, poplar on the Squad and also sintered coating are used, but with approx. 30% recycled material. The ski is equipped with a little extra of everything compared to the "regular" SENDER TI. What is extra worth mentioning is; an extra Titanal reinforcement under the wood core, thicker LCT rods (ABS-on edge for better cushioning) and a little more viscoelastic rubber in the front "Damp-Tech". The squad is only made in the freestyle length 194cm and has a 112mm waist. In general, it can be said that the goal has NOT been to build a dumb and heavy monster, but a lighter, more accurate and more fun-to-ride ski than previous Team skis - but absolutely no ski for touring with pin-tech. |
