Information	The Fusion 105 Carbon Ultra is based on the same modern shape as the freeride model Fusion 105, but in an ultralight construction weighing in at only 1 500 g in 179 cm. If you don’t back down from walking many a vertical meter with the goal of skiing powder, this is your touring ski. At the same time as the weight has been kept to a minimum, we haven’t skimped on the downhill characteristics. The Fusion 105 Carbon Ultra has a tapered sidecut that has been combined with a progressive rocker in the tip and tail to create a playful feeling. The finely tuned waist width of 105 mm makes the ski float effortlessly in powder while still holding a confident edge on harder snow. The heart of the advanced construction is a wood core made from snappy poplar and lightweight paulownia, reinforced with two layers of carbon stringers. A tip insert made from the ultralight space technology material Tubecomb minimizes the swing weight, while the tail features an ABS tail protector with an integrated tab to hold your climbing skins securely in place.
