| Information | A powerful and precise piste racer that is both fun and easy to ride. How does that work? German Völkl tests, measures and calculates with decimals on all parameters more than all ski brands and this makes the difference. The Völkl Racetiger GS is the ultimate in stability and edge grip, thanks in large part to the 3D.GLASS technology. This is vertically placed fiberglass in the front and back as well as on and inside the side edge, but at the same time the ski has soft flex in the middle. The result is even higher piste performance and at the same time a more versatile and easy-to-ride ski. Völkl is already a master at transporting the forces from the boot down into the ski and out to the steel edge - that's where the difference lies compared to all competitors. The skis are delivered with Marker X-Cell bindings which are a modified WC variant with quick adjustment and that the ski has a superior glide through the World Cup coating P-Tex 4504. Racetiger GS comes this year with tailored carbon tips, a technology that provides additional ice grip and control in the entrance of the turns, without making the ski stiffer. |
