Information The Rx model is a staple in the Praxis Skis lineup. Based around solid, proven ski design theories, the Rx can certainly be considered a one-ski-quiver. It features a longer sidecut running length, minimal early tip splay and no early tail splay. The Rx is a full twin ready to ski either direction but designed to perform best going forward. At 116 mm underfoot this ski falls into the daily driver category for many skiers; fat enough to use on the deepest powder days, yet still narrow enough that you can hold a solid edge on groomers or variable snow. The RX is that combo-ski that floats in the powder, carves down the mountain, and excels in skied-out, off-piste terrain. Praxis is excited to announce that for 2013 that the Rx will be the only ski in our lineup that you, the customer, will be able to add an even more custom touch by choosing either tip-rocker-only or both tip-and-tail-rocker. With this awesome customization option, let us help you create the perfect ski! The Rx has stood next to countless skiers on podiums around the world. Drew Tabke skied a carbon fiber, stiff version to a 1st place finish in Austria on his way to an overall 2nd place on the invite-only Freeride World Tour. A pretty good follow up to his 1st place finish in Snowbird last season on the Rx. Reports have been coming in about other up and coming freeskiers bringing the Rx to the top of the podium as well. Stay tuned for more details. Essentially, if you want to look like a first class freeskier and keep up with the best skier\'s in the World you should get on the RX.
