When pack space is limited and warmth of the utmost importance, the Black Diamond Cold Forge Parka acts as an insulated bombshelter. The Cold Forge features PrimaLoft® Gold Down Insulation Blend, a hybrid of 70% weather-treated goose down and 30% PrimaLoft fibers for the ideal balance of packability, warmth and water-resistance. The parka length and two-way zipper allows for full coverage with access to your belay device, while two internal drop pockets help warm your climbing gloves in between pitches. The insulated, helmet-compatible hood blocks weather and adds warmth during prolonged stand-stills.
