Dalbello DS 120 (2019)

DS is a brand new last / model from DALBELLO in a classic 2-part construction (shell / cuff). The reading width is 100 mm and the boot is preformed at the 4 most critical points around the foot according to Dalbello's patented "Contour 4" system. This provides a boot with a fast and precise fit to most feet on the market. By injecting the shell in different steps and using a frame, so-called Power Cage, with extra strong and thick PU plastic, these boots can be extremely torsionally rigid but still light and spacious in the places where it is required. New for this year is also the brand new inner shoe which combines traditional inner shoe sewing with a bulging Ultralon material where a perfect fit is achieved after only 5-6 minutes of heating. The Ultralon inner shoes are also much warmer than traditional inner shoes i.o.m. its microporous foam. DS 120 has full PU plastic in 120 flex and IF PRO 120 inner shoes with 80% mouldable Ultralon.
