Dynafit Hoji PX W

The new Hoji PX W offers alpine downhill performance and stability in combination with ascent characteristics that were previously only found on pure summit hiking boots. The uncompromising and holistic approach is based on new innovations, technologies and wisdom. The revolutionary Hoji Lock System offers a solid locking of the cuff to the chassis without any kind of "game" with the boot in ski mode. With one and the same lever, the cables to the boot's strap and top buckle are also controlled, which means that the time with loose tongues and a constant adjustment of the mentioned details is over: One move to switch. In walk mode design, a full 55 degrees of freedom of movement is offered, which provides improved control and precision when ascending and also saves a lot of energy. The toe part with Speed Nose means a certain set back of the inserts positioning and a more compliant, natural and energy-saving movement uphill. The boot's shell is fully molded in Pebax and weighs in at 1400 gr in size 25.5. Fits normal to wide feet. Well-built and enveloping Custom Ready inner shoe that is hot-air shaped for the best possible fit. TÜV certified inserts according to the Dynafit Master Step system which facilitates ice steps by -50%. Compatible with Dynafit's new integrated crampon Cramp-In Crampon.

The Hoji boot is developed and designed by the Canadian freerider Eric “Hoji” Hjorleifson and Fritz Barthel, the author and father of the Low Tech / TLT system.
