A completely new ski based on the same modern geometry as the award-winning all-mountain model Fusion 95, but with a light and very advanced carbon fiber construction.
We have chosen to maximize performance in the form of edge grip and cushioning in relation to the weight, instead of only focusing on minimizing weight and thus have poorer riding characteristics. The result is a playful and freeride-oriented summit ski that can handle all types of demanding snow conditions. Fusion Carbon is aimed at the skier who wants a light carbon fiber ski with fantastic riding properties and which also works as a free-riding ski in the lift system.
Fusion Carbon is the flagship construction in our range with its two layers of pre-embossed carbon fiber and pre-embossed fiberglass. To further reduce weight, as well as increase performance, we use a wooden core of resilient poplar and very light paulownia together with the ultralight space technology material Tubecomb in tip and tail. In the length 179 cm, the weight per ski is 1680 g.
