Line Bacon 108

The Line Bacon 108 is designed for skiers who want to take the park style to the next level – with a focus on softer snow, but with enough stability to handle the varying terrain of everyday use. The 108mm waist provides good float in loose snow, while still feeling smooth from edge to edge when the going gets tough.

The aspen and maple core provides a clear and elastic response underfoot. Two longitudinal maple slats, surrounded by aspen, contribute to strength and durability while keeping the weight down. Bio-based resin and strong sidewalls are built to withstand hard use and provide efficient power transfer to the edge.

The symmetrical flex profile means that the ski behaves the same forward and backward, which is appreciated by skiers who like switches, butters and playful skiing all over the mountain. The thinner tips reduce swing weight, which is noticeable in faster turn starts, easier rotations and a quick feel in the air. Despite the low swing weight, the Bacon 108 has enough cushioning to handle packed snow and harder sections without feeling nervous.

The base is a 1.7 mm high-density base that provides good glide and durability for daily skiing. The strong sidewalls reinforce the ski along the edge and collect pressure where it is needed, which provides better edge grip and control when the surface hardens.

In practice, the Bacon 108 feels light underfoot, with good pop over rollers and edges and a clear freestyle feel even outside the park. It thrives on everything from park laps to powder days and encourages you to treat the entire mountain as a playground – whether it's piste carving, side jumps or creative lines between the tracks. For bindings, a brake that matches your waist size, or up to about 15 mm wider, is recommended.
