Salomon QST 99 (2019)

All-round ski with a focus on harder surfaces. In terms of construction, similar to the wider QST with indented cutting, honeycomb in tip and tail, sandwich construction and CFX 3 superfiber which is a mixture of carbon fiber and flax. Like the QST 106, it also has 99 basalt in the construction, which gives a safer ski on hard and uneven snow. Flatter tails than the wider siblings provide better response and power transmission on harder surfaces and the tipper lifts the tips over fallen fresh snow or unevenness in the piste.
