This year we got a good proof of the strength and usefulness of Vector BC when Justin Lichter and Shawn Forrey made the first known ski trip of the entire Pacific Crest Trail. A 725 km north-south ski trip on the Voilé Vector BC.
Vector BC does not completely eliminate the need for skins, but you can do longer without the skins.
On steeper slopes you can hear a humming sound from the pavement.
