Hamrabo 1 is a fresh and well-planned 30-square-metre apartment on the ground floor of a building with three apartments. It accommodates two guests in one bedroom and offers access to a shared outdoor area with the possibility of making a fire. With the ski tracks just outside the door and the chairlift 250 metres away, the location is convenient for an enjoyable stay in Tänndalen. Shops and a restaurant are also close by, while the apartment remains quietly situated.

The nearest ski tracks are approximately 80 metres away, and the lift is just across the bridge. The apartment also has access to a shared sauna, a dishwasher, a double bed and a terrace or balcony.

KITCHEN AREA
The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove with oven, dishwasher and coffee maker, as well as a pleasant dining area.

LIVING ROOM/BEDROOM
The small, cosy living room has a double bed (160 cm) and a comfortable TV corner with a sofa bed (120 x 200 cm), offering the possibility of two berths.

BATHROOM
Toilet and shower.

SHARED SAUNA
Newly built, wood-fired sauna for 6–8 people with a relaxation/changing room.
Shared between three apartments but booked privately.
Guests bring their own firewood, which can be purchased at Hamra Livs.

OTHER
Wi-Fi, Carena travel cot, ski storage, and shoe and ski-boot warmers are available in the entrance hall.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Large parking area adjacent to the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed; however, the accommodation is not allergy-sanitised.
Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Final cleaning is included. Guests are responsible for washing dishes, emptying the refrigerator and freezer, and disposing of rubbish, empty bottles and similar items.
