Skarljus 1 D, Tänndalen

Skarljus 1 D is a cosy, newly built 94 m² cottage with space for nine guests across three bedrooms and a sleeping loft. The nearest ski tracks are just 20 metres away, while the closest lift is 270 metres from the accommodation. With a terrace and balcony overlooking Hamrafjället, as well as a sauna, fireplace and well-equipped kitchen, the cottage offers a comfortable base for days in Tänndalen.

The welcoming and spacious entrance features integrated seating, smart storage, a drying cabinet, and shoe and ski-boot warmers.

Living room
On the upper floor, you will find a living room with an open-plan layout and impressive ceiling height. There is a pleasant dining area and a cosy TV corner with a sofa, armchair and fireplace. The loft also has a TV and Fatboy bean bags.

Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: One double bed (180 cm). One standard pillow and one larger pillow for each bed.

Bedroom 2: One bunk bed (160/120 cm). One of the extra beds is in the 120 cm bed. One standard pillow and one larger pillow for each bed.

Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds (90/90 cm).

There is also space for two beds in a double bed (180 cm) on the sleeping loft. One of these beds is counted as an extra bed.

Bathrooms
Bathroom 1: Toilet, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer on the entrance level.

Bathroom 3: Shower and sauna with a separate entrance.

Bathroom 3: Toilet on the upper floor.

Other
Wi-Fi, drying cabinet, washing machine, tumble dryer, shoe and ski-boot dryer, and ski storage are available.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Two parking spaces are located next to the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed; however, the accommodation has not been allergy-cleaned as the owner has a cat.

There are stairs down to the house from the road.

Smoking indoors is not permitted.

Departure cleaning is included. You are responsible for washing the dishes, emptying the fridge and freezer, and disposing of rubbish, empty bottles and similar items.
