Skarljus 4 A is a newly built, cosy 94 m² cabin in Tänndalen, sleeping up to eight guests across three bedrooms and a sleeping loft. The nearest ski tracks are just 20 metres away, and the lift is 270 metres from the accommodation. The cabin has a terrace and balcony with views over Hamrafjället, as well as a sauna, fireplace and electric vehicle charger.

The welcoming, spacious entrance features an integrated seating area, smart storage, a drying cabinet and shoe and ski-boot warmers.

Living room
On the upper floor, you will find a living room with an open-plan layout and impressive ceiling height. There is a pleasant dining area and a cosy TV corner with sofas and a fireplace.
There is also another cosy living room in the loft, with beanbags and a TV.

Kitchen area
The well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: one double bed (180 cm).
Bedroom 2: one bunk bed with a wider lower bunk (140/90 cm).
Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (90/90 cm).
There is space for two guests in a double bed (180 cm) in the sleeping loft, as well as an extra bed in the lower bunk (140 cm).

Bathrooms
Bathroom 1: toilet, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer on the entrance level.
Bathroom 2: sauna with mini-spa, bucket shower, shower and a private exit.
Bathroom 2: toilet on the upper floor.

Other
Access to Wi-Fi, drying cabinet, washing machine, tumble dryer, shoe and ski-boot dryer, ski storage and an electric vehicle charger for an additional fee adjacent to the house.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Two parking spaces are available adjacent to the accommodation, one of them directly next to the house.
Pets are not allowed, although the accommodation is not allergy-sanitised.
There are stairs down to the house from the road.
Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Departure cleaning is included. Guests are responsible for washing the dishes, emptying the fridge and freezer, and disposing of rubbish, empty bottles and similar items.
