Skarljus 4 B is a cosy, newly built 94 m² cabin in Tänndalen, sleeping up to eight guests across three bedrooms and an additional sleeping loft. The nearest ski tracks are just 20 metres away, and the closest lift is 270 metres from the property. A south-facing terrace and balcony offer views towards Hamrafjället, while the cabin’s sauna, fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine and electric vehicle charger add practical comfort for both ski days and evenings indoors.

The welcoming, spacious entrance includes an integrated seating area, smart storage, a drying cabinet, and shoe and ski-boot warmers.

ALL-ROOM
On the upper floor, you will find an open-plan living area with impressive ceiling height. There is a pleasant dining area and a cosy TV corner with a sofa, armchair and fireplace.
There is also an additional living area in the loft, with a computer monitor and accompanying video game console, two armchairs that convert into beds, and an additional mattress.

KITCHEN
The well-equipped kitchen includes a cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, waffle iron and toaster.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: one double bed (180 cm), two wardrobes and a desk.
Bedroom 2: one double bed (160 cm) and one wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (80/80 cm) and three wardrobes.
Additional beds are available in the loft: two beds in armchairs that convert into beds (70 cm) and one double bed (160 cm).

BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1: toilet, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer on the entrance floor.
Bathroom 2: sauna with mini spa, bucket shower, shower and private exit.
Bathroom 3: toilet on the upper floor.

OTHER

Two parking spaces are available next to the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed; however, the accommodation is not allergy-cleaned.
There are stairs down to the house from the road.
Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Departure cleaning is included. Guests are responsible for washing dishes, emptying the refrigerator and freezer, and disposing of rubbish, empty bottles, etc.
