Skarljus 5D is a cosy, newly built 94 m² cottage in Tänndalen, sleeping eight guests in three bedrooms, with the option of two additional beds in the sleeping loft. The cottage has both a terrace and balcony overlooking Hamrafjället. The nearest ski tracks are approximately 20 metres away, while the closest lift is 270 metres from the accommodation. A sauna, fireplace, dishwasher, and electric vehicle charger are among the facilities available.

The welcoming and spacious entrance has an integrated seating area, smart storage, a drying cabinet, and shoe and ski-boot warmers.

All-room
Upstairs, you will find an open-plan living area with impressive ceiling height and panoramic views of Hamra. There is a pleasant dining area and a cosy TV corner with a corner sofa, a window seat, and a fireplace.

Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, food processor, hand blender, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: one double bed (180 cm), built-in wardrobes, and a desk.
Bedroom 2: one double bed (160 cm) and built-in wardrobes.
Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (90/90 cm) and built-in wardrobes.
There is also the option of two single beds (90 cm) in the sleeping loft.

Bathrooms
Bathroom 1: WC, shower, washing machine, and tumble dryer on the entrance level.
Bathroom 2: sauna with mini spa, bucket shower, shower, and private access to the outside.
Bathroom 3: WC upstairs.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Two parking spaces are available near the accommodation. One is directly adjacent to the property, and the other is approximately 200 metres away.
There are stairs up to the house from the road.
Pets are allowed.
Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Final cleaning is included. Guests are responsible for washing the dishes, emptying the refrigerator and freezer, and disposing of rubbish, empty bottles, and similar items.
