Skarljus 6 C is a cosy, newly built 66 m² cabin over two floors, accommodating six guests in two bedrooms with the option of two additional beds in the loft. The cabin is located in Tänndalen, with ski tracks just 20 metres away and the nearest lift 270 metres from the property. An open-plan living area, fireplace, sauna, terrace and balcony overlooking Hamrafjället create a comfortable base after a day outdoors. The entrance is spacious and welcoming, with a shoe and ski-boot heater and a drying cabinet on the lower floor.

LIVING ROOM
Upstairs, the living room features an open-plan layout and impressive ceiling height. There is a pleasant dining area and a cosy TV corner with a sofa, armchair and fireplace. The room opens onto a balcony.

KITCHEN
The well-equipped kitchen includes a cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: One double bed (180 cm) and wardrobes on the lower floor.
Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds (80/80 cm) and wardrobes on the upper floor.
There is also the possibility of two additional beds in single beds (90 cm) in the loft.

BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1: Toilet and shower, as well as a combined washing machine and tumble dryer, on the lower floor.
Bathroom 2: Toilet, shower and sauna with a separate entrance on the lower floor.

OTHER
Access to Wi-Fi, drying cabinet, combined washing machine and tumble dryer, shoe and ski-boot heater, and ski storage.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Parking is available adjacent to the accommodation, with an engine heater.
Pets are not allowed; however, the accommodation is not allergy-sanitised.
There are stairs up to the house from the road.
Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Departure cleaning is included. Guests are responsible for washing the dishes, emptying the refrigerator and freezer, and disposing of rubbish, empty bottles and similar items.
