Tännån 101 is a newly built ski-in/ski-out apartment on the first floor, with 106 square metres of living space and beds for 8 guests across 3 bedrooms. The nearest ski tracks are just 25 metres away, while the lift is 50 metres from the apartment. Inside, there is a hallway with ample storage, and the open-plan living area offers views across the alpine ski area.

LIVING ROOM

A spacious and fresh living room and kitchen with an open-plan layout and views over the alpine ski area. There is a large dining area and kitchen island, as well as a cosy TV corner with a large sofa.

KITCHEN AREA

The well-planned and well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1: one double bed (180 cm).
Bedroom 2: four beds. Three single beds (90 cm) and one wider bed (140 cm), with the possibility of an extra bed.
Bedroom 3: one double bed (160 cm).

BATHROOMS

Bathroom 1: WC and shower.
Bathroom 2: WC, shower, sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer and drying cabinet.

OTHER

Access to Wi-Fi, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying cabinet, board games and books, ski and bicycle storage, as well as a ski waxing area on the ground floor.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

Parking is available adjacent to the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed, although the accommodation is not allergy-sanitised.
Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Ski boot storage is available in the basement. We therefore recommend bringing slippers or indoor shoes for comfortable movement between the basement and the apartment. Ski boots should not be worn in the stairwell.
There is a lift in the building.
Departure cleaning is included. Guests are responsible for washing the dishes, emptying the fridge/freezer and disposing of rubbish, empty bottles and similar items.
