Strengths:
- Protects the whole back.
- Doesn't limit movements.
- Light to wear.
- Remains in place.
Weaknesses:
- It is expensive (at the time I payed nearly €200).
- The piece at the tailbone can flip out of your pants after ducking.
- Not very flexible. It doesn't quite follow the shape of the spine during movements like ducking, bending the back, etc.
