This helmet is very comfortable with the "spherical fit" and BOA closure. My head is 59cm (7 3/8) so I am on the upper limit of the M/L size, but there's a bit of spare room - it's tight but I can wear a thin balaclava underneath. The goggle/visor fit is good. Fits over my large glasses, and the up/down mechanism is easy with positive clicks. Fit of the foam on my face is good except in the nose. If you have a lower nose bridge, you may need to glue in some filler foam.

The fit of the helmet is superb. I can fit my glasses which are quite large.
I have had no problems with it not getting cold in them or misting again, The misty who came after all was on the outside, and I have had that with other expensive ventilated goggles. Most often when you ride from the bottom to the top.
I am super happy with the helmet and I did not care about lenses so unfortunately no longer works for me.
