Strengths:
Feels relatively easy. Nice in black. Good fit for me. Buy well tight, go a little bit. Warm and comfortable without hood at -5. Can control ventilation from inside for hot days. Fits my ski glasses well and my relatively high neck collar behind.

Weaknesses:
None I noticed after almost ten days of use.
