Offering the bare minimum in weight with the maximum possible insulation value, the Hot Forge Jacket is a lightweight down jacket with PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Down Blend for moisture-resistant loft, and a close-to-the-body cut for ease of layering.
Built for maximum warmth at minimal weight, the Hot Forge Jacket is a lightweight puffy that takes the place of your bulky fleece during the winter and acts as a lightweight belay jacket in the spring. PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Down Blend supplies the warmth, and when combined with a Pertex® Quantum shell makes for a highly compressible layer that takes up very little pack space when not in use. Both the shell and the insulation are DWR-treated to help this jacket fight off light moisture and speed dry times. The zippered chest pocket keeps small items accessible, and the two internal stash pockets give you a place to stow your gloves when they’re not needed.
