Strengths:
Can withstand everything! Both in terms of weather and physical wear! Has beaten my rack properly and it still holds after having been on several ski days with lifts, ski tours, climbing tours, hiking tours and bike rides. Never had one shell that kept just as good.
Also experience that the membrane breathes better than goretex all variants. Like the ventilation pockets, even though it is more or less standard nowadays.
Weaknesses:
It is not very light or "packable". When I got there the selection of colors was limited and quite boring. The fit is very "boxy" too - the jacket feels almost as wide as it is long.
Summary:
Do you need a shell stand that holds and prioritizes wear resistance over weight? Then this is perfect.
