Got terribly disappointed at the last issue. Put in a dirty text with some kind of saga about the ring stuk .... have not even read orkat read the whole. The magazine is better than skiing on skis, but usually it's a bit of a lot of racing over it ...

It has both plus and minus.

Advertising everywhere
Skidmode things that are just masked advertising.
Far too many years.
Bad with tips on skiing in resorts (Brant is much better.
Too much focus on ski movies.

Be a long time subscriber. But two years ago, I had enough to sponsor a newspaper that clearly shines perfectly in Sweden's skiers.

Users get some free number to and from the newspaper, but hardly think they are worth the time to read the newspaper.

Now, skiing has been completely lost. Thought it would be better when Rent took over, but it's only gotten worse!

go skiing the magazine thinks i'm funny and interesting to read .. just have 5-6 no but they are good everyone ... nice pictures and reportage ..

Good pictures
The submission page consists only of positive letters about how well ÅS is. Does this really reflect the letter of the editorial staff?
Otherwise, most repetitions from previous years - ie lightweight reports about the same resorts or interviews filled with blaj. Possibly a little smuggling in the form of "Christmas gift ideas" or product presentations. After all, fun to browse quickly.

Thinks it's a badly beautiful magazine, but started to appreciate it last year when I started to read everything in it .. :) hah

ÅS has a problem that they seem to have stuck in old inward traces.

In the fall skiing, then a little about Sverre, Kaj, et al. A little about the Alps, a little about Sweden. Test of Swedish resorts right now to the sports license ....

Does it feel like you read it before? Yes it does.

And that's a shame. It is a good newspaper. The problem is that you can not be a subscriber for a long time without feeling that you have already read everything :-(

Since then, they have for a few three years been a not too humble attitude towards criticism of the newspaper. If you read the critical critics (which they publish), they almost always have very clear comments on them.

The editorial feature on ÅS is not much to hang out in the Christmas tree. One, two, three or four pages with completely unruly listing of new products do not call me editorial material - call it what it is - advertising. If you sort it by color or lady-gentleman or what they now find on does not change the fact that it's advertising. That they "do not get paid" for this does not make it any better right away.

No sharpening is what is needed. Write about other than those around the knot. Everyone who is skiing is not really in Åre, despite what you can think while reading the newspaper. Write a little about how they have it in Örnsköldsvik :-) Or Norrköping or something. A little more about foreign riders. For my part, more about the portraits. Faced with more girls in the newspaper. We have already read all about the powder in the Alps / Canada and for most it's just a dream. Front for more earthy reporting.

I agree with the majority here, skiing is easy from the good newspaper it once was. Where did the excitement go? Now it feels more and more like family families. Certainly there are still good articles (and as everyone else has said, so are the high-quality zooms), but too much will come again and again and again and again .... Still, I'm still number one, but it's mostly because it's Sweden's only ski magazine. A tip to go skiing, see your Norwegian colleagues. Free Flyt is a cruel newspaper, here things happen !!!
