FIRE & ICE / Feuer und Eis, 1 hour 30 min, recorded in 1986.

Love, excitement, music, skiing!

Yes, what to say. I'm completely breathless after one and a half hours Willy Bogner-produced "skid movie". A roll that really has everything - and then I mean ALL. I think it is / was Willy Bogner who cares for shooting in Bondfilms (probably For Your Eyes Only), and in Fire and Ice, there are skiers in the bob course, over the restaurant table and through restaurants. There is also snowboarding with Tom Sims, windsurfing, snowboarding with windsurfing rule, ice skating, kite flying, a lot of ski ballet in darkness with spots as well as glacier edge in daylight, pucking clear, more ballet, HD with Hell's Angel lookalike, truck convoy, cool freestyle jump over fire at night, breakdance and yes, I probably will not even remember half. Well, it's going on pants too - just so into the bench.

Then there are copiously many sequences / stunts where people will fly into spruce rays!

The good Willy Bogner has made a 90 minute roll of stunts alone, which he solved galant by not even having an ambition to have any story in the roll. But the various rides that are handled are really filmed - no snack on the matter.

Lufthansa and Fischer are happy sponsors - and if I do not remember completely wrong there was / is there a clothing label called Just Bogner? In that case, there is a long bonanza in their upcoming collection, preferably white.

The movie also gives me some answers that you always wondered about. In 1986, Fire & Ice was the fourth most visited biorullen in Germany and there are a lot of scenes in which the background to Elho Freestyle's design lines is obvious. In addition, the explanation (?) Is a lot of Felix 'image solutions that occasionally return to skiing. The hand goes hand in hand, there are litter exchanges, there are fringes on the jackets, it is used in (common) ballet dance suits including tights etc. The only thing missing is naked.

Then it's also a little exciting to read on the cover that John is a naive Swiss, while in the movie he claims to be a French-Canadian ...

The film music is made by Harold Faltenmeyer, probably the rugged classical motif. In addition, The Alan Parson's Project is on a corner - like John Denver (final texts). Mike Wiegele has been with and guided at the recording and yes, the most exciting question is who has been the AD for the roll. Among other things, it appears in all posing types with face masks and cross-country skis underneath the feet.

However, the recommendation is to be packed when you see it (if I'll see it again, I'll be it) - because it's an extremely confusing mixture of everything possible. And it is thus not associated with any kind of story.

It's weekend, I know when I could sit and believe it for hours when I was less. I also had access to the stencoola movies from Salomon called "Apocalypse snow 1,2 & 3". But those movies are gone now, I could give almost everything to see them again. If anyone knows where to get them, then he / she can listen to me. I forgot to say that I have the soundtrack to "Fire and ice" or "Feuer und eis" as it is called in German.
Beautiful synthesizer a'la 80 It's a killer ...

hmm ... I do not know if you're going to call that movie, even though it's a ski movie ...! Recorded during the eighties when it was cool with overall, like white on the lips, and going awkward. Although it's so laughable, I think you just have to get it. Obviously a five!
