SF Sällskapsresan 2 - Snowroller

Strengths:
A small movie-fail:
Gösta and Gullan are going down a hill with lots of humps on it. Gullan falls on one of the humps and shouts:
-I told you we would NOT go down here!
-But it said training hill.
-For downhill races, yes!
-You never said it said that.

Didn't know that you have a lot of humps (like the ones shown in the movie) on a downhill slope!!!

Stig-Helmer is still standing when the rest of the group has left for the ski tour. Then 2 children come and ski past him. Just as they pass him, it sounds as if one of them shouts: "Sweep!" (I don't know if they say that word or if it just sounds like that.)

Must also point out that Gösta is a really good ski teacher (sarcasm)...: He tells his wife to go down the hill a bit, and stay there, and I'll show you how to go down the hill..." (It would be better if he goes down first and shows how to do it, before the "student" can go down.

Summary:
80s movie that still holds up in 2025.
Dare to say that it is probably like a vintage wine - gets better with age.

The first ski movie I saw.
There were no ski movies on VHS, "real ski movies" were shown on cinema 1-2 times per winter ...
See it as often as I can, still.

Summary:
The greatest citation author of Swedish film history (in fierce competition with Sunes Sommar)? Very possible. "I'm Dead" is certainly more classic, but the quantity in this cult roll is in class with Mean Girls ("Four for you Glen Coco, you go Glen Coco!") And should not be overlooked.

The only mistake is that it will get a little bit tired after the sixtieth time. Type.
Time for a Snowroller 2.0 that takes place in the 10th century? Feels like there's more to do with the subject.

In Sweden we call it a kick.
