Strengths:
- None. Bought it for skiing, but realized that it could not be done. So it's not even cheap.

Weaknesses:
- Hopelessly poor quality. The magazine does not hold to dig other than loose snow with.

Summary:
If you find one of these (black blade and T-handle, silver / glossy telescopic shaft) do not buy it even if you think the price seems good. For the same use, you can find cheaper spades on the gasoline stack.

Some of the reviews above give more positive reviews, but probably it's about another, later model.

Strengths:
Metal sheet that is HOLDABLE (people who write about "sheet in strange material that bends easily" talks about the previous year's model)
Comes through customs as hand luggage even though it is completely metal! (Have just tried once though)

Weaknesses:
Tung .. is made entirely of metal ..

Summary:
My handle (ie the plastic part absoult at the top) was loosened after a few days of kicker construction. Otherwise it will be perfect .. have dug o shuffled o beaten with it .. easily bump plastic pads in battle!

Strengths:
The price, relatively low, but why stumble upon the things that are your life insurance.

Weaknesses:
As previously written, strength is not the best. Tried it at work and broke it right away.

Summary:
Absolutely nothing to have as low-risk equipment. If you have bought it, have it as a car spade and get the right equipment instead!

Strengths:
The price!

Weaknesses:
Importance.

Summary:
Cruel! Has drowned like it and has (not for environmental lovers) cut down smaller pines that destroyed inruns.
More affordable products in a completely different price-packed world !!!

Strengths:
Cheap

Weaknesses:
Break

Summary:
At first I broke the handle, but it was no problem to fix epoxy. Then we went to Abisko and thought the landing after a jump was a bit hard. I would soften it with my shovel, but it was easier said than done because the spade bent without the snow moving at all.

Cash, do not buy, only works for light porous snow

Strengths:
Almost everything! It has been under serious avalanche training and a lot of play with jumping structures, etc.

Weaknesses:
Unfortunately, the shaft was broken when I excavated the giant block to reinforce my camp during a winter mountain trip, but I doubt that another spade did not respond in a similar way.

Summary:
A very pricy spade that really recommends to collect. I've seen many much more expensive spades around 1000kr break in much milder circumstances so what are you talking about?

Strengths:
All! Have had serious low-level training with this spade.
The snow was properly packed / frozen so you got "hack", that was no problem.
After much exercise, the blade has not been skewed or damaged.

Weaknesses:
Slightly sluggish to remove shafts / leaves after use, but use your muscles!

Summary:
A very affordable shovel that is at least as good as more expensive brand pads. (Orange)
You can use this spade with all kinds of snow.

See you on the mountain!

Strengths:
Yes, the handle was as long as I had it.

Weaknesses:
Too bad. Bought last winter, it held for the construction of the first jump. The second day, when we formed a quartz pipe in a rather loose drift, the blade bowed ... To dig in packed snow was never to be considered.

Summary:
A spade that does not even manage to build a jump. Even less used in a serious situation. Even because they are quite generous to replace the product when it pajar, but who wants to change after each trip. Buy a Better!

Strengths:
shaft

Weaknesses:
Type everything! Inferior spade can be looked for. An unreasonable brand like Everest should not be able to manufacture safety equipment. Have used my shovel for serious low-level training and it did not take many spades until the blade was unusable. Note that it was easily unpacked sneezing!
The blade is made of some soft material that changes the shape. Imagine if it had been a stone-packed blocklavin! I had never come down a meter!

Summary:
Warning!!
Unserious shovel for kids who build kickers in the Alps on school trips.
