Marker The Duke (Page 2)

Strengths:
Robust and stable. Feels like a traditional alpine bond.
Went with it for about three hours and ran it hard for six days. No tendencies to dissolve unjustified.

Weaknesses:
Raised twice to raise the "heel increase" when I had it in the highest position. Maybe snow came there and steered it aside, but that part seems to be a weakness. Would like to lock it a bit more in any way.

Summary:
The bells if you are not a gram hunter or have a hard time training your legs. Does not feel like a compromise, but really complete. I bought mine at the beginning of March and are so happy with them. Buy!

Strengths:
Bought one month ago Mark the Duke.
Selected a ski from Stöckli, Scott Schmidt, 188.
I weigh almost 90 pure, is 182 cm. Drive hard and fast.
They tested a few weeks ago in the Swedish mountains.
Rid the piste because of lack of snow. However, did a couple of trips with loose heels.
REALLY pleased with the skis!
Stabila rockets with a good turn, which runs steadily over most surfaces.
And the bond? It only worked as a true alpine tie should do.
The tie and the skid together do not make it the easiest concept to relax, but I chose to prioritize the exit. Drive some extra legs and fitness just so it's cool too ...

Weaknesses:
Estimated for a total of three hours, and during that time there is not much to point out. Twice the "heels raise " comes in when I had it in the highest position. Do not know the reason for this, but snow may have contributed to it.
Sure it's annoying when it's leaning and you're not the world's easiest to get there ...
Another factor that can be perceived as negative is that you have to take off the skid to be able to switch to loose / fast-heel mode. But I can take that, because I think the construction feels really sturdy compared with other solutions I've been looking at.

Summary:
Not conforming to thief or other hassle. A good concept. Buy!

Strengths:
Incredibly stable. Dine scale for 16 The poem built with metal parts. Distinctive when you step in.

Weaknesses:
Small details maybe, but the release is under the boot and you can not unload it if you ex. has a slight inclination and does not need to have the skin. But most of the time, the skis will go on and off with the stumps.

Summary:
Probably the binding that will take the throne from other brands with "more stable" randonee bonds.
Have driven myself with these 5 days in Utah, March 2007 and am extremely pleased.

Strengths:
A stable turbine that is not so high either. Have traveled with it for a week now and have not found anything to complain about. Poured pistons, pillows, brushed pillows, droppat and the skid have been left all the time!

Weaknesses:
None so far .. Perhaps the price then!

Summary:
Certainly the best trip!
