Strengths:

-good customer service (have been discussing this but i got excellent service when i needed it, I do not have much to do with the product itself but mention it anyway.)
Weaknesses:
-The screws that hold the heel plate must be glued before use as they move out of the factory quite quickly. No big problem but good to know.
Summary:
I broke a tear during the season, more my own mistake than the construction on the tie I think. I went a little too hard at the performance, fell and angry to the ski and it got too much to get the toe without support from the horse. I emailed the plum and within a week I had a new fuss with me in the United States sent from France, nothing was just a good service.
