I did not need any inserts on the inner shoe.

due to stifness(110) walking requires complete opening of the buckles (obvious, they are made for skiing)

I went to a shop in Les Menuires, France where I found the service one needs.
Question 1: please, take out your shoes and socks. I want to measure your feet.
Question 2: please, try these boots on for at least 10 minutes
I tried about 5 pair of boots and for me these boots had the best fit.
They are stiff (110) and good for me as being an advanced skier. I feel more control and can put more pressure on the skies edges. Off piste went very good as well moguls. I just read that the M tech stands for Multi Condition and I feel it worked for me.
