Strengths:
They are really stiff and reasonably light. Like the mechanism to go between riding and walking mode sharply, nothing unnecessarily complicated - keeps up well and makes you automatically in the riding position as soon as you set span the boot. No more manage to climb off yoke because you forgot to change to a ride after stretching the boots! In the case of walking, the amount of rotation and the minimum resistance in the shaft movement is quite fantastic - it is evident that it is a turf boot made to go in and not an alpine boot that is made to go in. I definitely prefer it before.
They are also excellent to run without heavy - something I actually prefer. They get a little softer forward-backward, but the lateral flex is still on top. The forward-backward flexe also becomes somewhat more progressive of driving without a tongue, it saves a bit of weight and one no longer needs to weigh in between mutilating the yawning position or having to have a pair of tongues somewhere in the backpack that will then be fussed on when it gets time for the ride.
Weaknesses:
The tongues. With them in there is absolutely 0 progression in the flex (it is like riding with the feet molded in concrete), they are complicated to take in and out, they always sit in such truncates the yaw completely. I never use them myself and I am not entirely sure why they should be involved at all.
Summary:
An old goding that still holds the measure. With the advent of some other boot models, the design may be considered outdated, but it is a really stiff and reasonably light boot. I recommend shit in the tongue.

Strengths:
Then go into the full mind. Can really tense hard and cope properly. Good gauge, especially without the tongue. Good enough to be able to ride a long way. Much narrower than the newer models, and therefore gets a tight fit that really fits. Even though they are so tight and tight, it really works to turn well with them. I miss them..
Weaknesses:
They literally fell apart after almost 300 ski days. Now they are no more.
Even a little bit sick with the tongue, and everyone does not like gåläge solution. Possibly too rigid before you enter them, like flex 0 about.
Summary:
My MTN Lab is really at least as good or better, but I miss the Vulcans every day.
