Lange XT3 80 W

The XT-3 is Lange´'s brand new and redesigned hybrid boot. Unlike almost all other brands, Lange has realized that the weight, in grams, with lighter nylon plastic in the shell and a thin and again weight-saving cold "sock" for inner shoes is NOT ski-promoting. The new XT-3 is not an opponent of ski-touring, no the other way around, the XT-3 of course has original low-tech inserts in the highest quality and a much better walking position (> 60 degrees) with less friction than before, which promotes uphill hours, completely new and replaceable GripWalk soles, quick lacing in the genuine Ultralon inner shoe with triple density which is also cut out at the back in padded Lycra for really comfortable hiking. BUT the XT-3 has a completely different shell than all other manufacturers: Dual Core PU - that is, the same quality of plastic as real alpine racing boots - all because downhill skiing with wide and nice freeride skis is a priority! Skiers with far too light, thin and soft inner shoes in fluttering nylon shells will never be able to press downhill with the same power transmission as in the new Lange XT-3. We may dream of touring as much as we ride a lift, but hand on heart - how is it usually 90% lift, 95% lift ...? The new Lange XT-3 weighs in only approx. 100 grams more than the lighter hybrid boots but delivers incredibly much more downhill. XT-3 is available in 100mm reading width and a tighter 97-reading called "LV" all in sizes 24.5 - 29.5. - "It's all about the down!"
