Nordica Promachine 115 W (gw)
Brand: NordicaModel year: 2024
Flex: 115
Last size: 98 mm
Weight: 1860 gram
Manufacturers description
Looking for a low-volume boot that skis like a race boot but has the comfort of an all-mountain boot? Inspired by our Dobermann race line, the Promachine 115w features a higher cuff for increased support and leverage, while the lower shell maintains a light-weight, low-volume 98mm last, making it energetic and reactive and allowing it to perform well in all conditions. Its shell utilizes softer plastic over the instep to better wrap the foot and stiffer plastic along the spine of the shell to create lateral stability and fast energy transfer. And its Primaloft-insulated liner increases comfort and warmth. If needed, easily customize your fit using infrared heating, making for an even more precise fit and, therefore, a more responsive boot. Wear the Promachine 115w and enjoy the performance you demand with the comfort you desire

Strengths:
Grip walk is good
Weaknesses:
These are the most uncomfortable boots I've worn in 36 years of skiing. They are difficult to put on, and the tongue disintegrated after just four days of use, exposing sharp plastic edges. Overall, these boots are not fit for purpose.
Summary:
Worst boots I've ever had. Had a pro boot fitting too.
Model year: 2025

Strengths:
Stable skiing in both pist and pillows!
Weaknesses:
If there are any, I would say when it's really hot in the piste, but which ski does not fight then?
Summary:
Had this ski as my only ski in the season I did in Val Thorens 2016/2017. An amazing ski that I would buy again if I'd gone away again!
Riding style: Allmountain
Length on the ski: 177 cm
Riders weight: 75 kg

Strengths:
Stable in all snow conditions. Works incredibly well in both icy pist and fluffy pillows, keeps turns incredibly good, reliable and can ride everything.
Weaknesses:
Summary:
Amazing all the mountain skis that can handle all sorts of conditions, brought them from ice-cold piste to new fall ice cold pillows, never had anything to complain about
Riding style: Pistons, pillows
Length on the ski: 185 cm
Riders weight: 88 kg
Riders length: 191 cm

Strengths:
A skid that has everything, really stable on all surfaces, sits through the tail very quickly, turns very quickly and is experienced as very stable in higher rides on rugged terrain.
Perfect for doing a ski school swing.
It does not feel heavy
Weaknesses:
Requires his leg strength and no skis to ride around carefully
Summary:
A really good ski, have traveled all nordica ski and much more but this ski is world-class, really has everything and works perfectly in the piste. Works well as single pair of skis
A lot better skiing than the cartridge
Going look pivot if it is worth adding
Model year: 2016
Riding style: Piste and pillows / ski instructor with step 4 has about 130 ski days a year
Length on the ski: 185 cm
Riders weight: 85 kg
Riders length: 174 cm

Strengths:
Stable on all surfaces. Tested in deep snow, in a heavy torch, soft pist and on ice spots, not at all sensitive to unevenness and incredible speed stability, never feels like it wants to drop or give way, like a locomotive. Good grip on all surfaces and carry well on the entire mountain. It's great to ride this "men's skirt" as a girl if you press it.
Weaknesses:
Requires a little leg strength and wants high speed. Heavy! No skis that are cooperative when you go carefully and when you are tired of the legs, it will not let you rest
Summary:
Stormy drives on this as the "single pair" for a week in the Alps or just like this at home in Sweden. Snarlik Völkl Mantra or Dynastar Pro legend. This is actually a men's skirt? As a girl, it takes some effort to go on it, I chose this before Auran.
Model year: 2012
Length on the ski: 169 cm
Riders weight: 65 kg
Riders length: 170 cm

Strengths:
* Unbelievably stable at high speed.
* Not only dependent on the substrate, fixes both deep snow and ice spots.
* Good carving properties, actually easier to carve with than many other skis intended for piste.
* Good weight (with Mark Griffon 12 binding).
* Babe !!
Weaknesses:
* Easily gets damage in the nose and on the sides.
Summary:
Have been riding on these skis with Marker Griffon 12 bindings a week in Trysil and I'm looking forward to many more beautiful yokes. The speed and the ice-grip along with the carving properties make these skis at least as good, if not better, for piste skiing than many other piste-skis I've tested. Full control at high speed is also a plus. Unfortunately, the off-piste properties have only been tested a little while the snow depth was only about 35-50cm throughout the week and, therefore, I can not comment on them yet. The only negative I have to say about the skis is that they are easily damaged in the nose and on the sides and I can not see any protection or reinforcement of any kind.

Strengths:
Easy to handle and smooth
Weaknesses:
A little dull / bad response and not so stable at higher speeds
Summary:
Went 5 hikes in 2-3 dm snownut in both harvested and outside piste. They work but are quite flat with eg. Völkl Mantra and Head John.
Felt quite soft / wet and fluttery on uneven surfaces.
May work better for a little easier rider
Model year: 2010
Riding style: Pistons and pillows. Schooled technology and competed a part as young.

Strengths:
Works well in the piste, a bit magnificent. Feels like it has good cut in hard / iced before.
Weaknesses:
Did not feel confident in the bottomless pillows in the woods. A little tricky ride and not so steep.
Did not flatter anything, perhaps a little too stiff, did not feel like they flexadei into the powder, a bit slender, had probably needed more free surfaces and burners.
Summary:
Went four years with these 185's Jan / Feb. In 2010.
Good in hard piste.
Too narrow for me in the woods, the ski requires more speed to float up.
A wider skid fits me better.
There is better powder coating.
Model year: 2010
Riding style: Everything but park. Good technique, 45 days a year
