Strengths:
Comfortable!
As usual, the fit on the foot is highly individual, but I'd rather wear these all day than my snowboard boots, which probably says it all.
The difference to many other boots is that you stand "lower", the foot ends up noticeably closer to the ski, which I noticed when I wore different boots in the store.
I only go downhill and never go uphill for long periods of time so I have no idea how well they work for that, but the walking position and gripwalk sole are very nice when I'm walking with skis on my shoulder or standing in line for a coffee.
Weaknesses:
Actually a bit too stiff for my taste. Doesn't matter when I go, but a h-e to get on and off when someone like me is getting a little older.
