Summary:
The pants have been used for one and a half season and I am very pleased with them. Have had them at snowfall, wind and rain, windy days and windy days, in the piste, offpiste and on trips and in all temperatures from -20 to some plus degrees.
The pants are excellent and easy to move in. They have very good water repellent, windproofness, breathability and ventilation. Despite rain for a whole afternoon (not drizzle) they have kept me dry. In strong winds on Kalfjäll, they keep me warm. During longer peak trips in plus and minus degrees I feel the pants breathe well. You get sweaty, but this depends more on the activity than the breathing ability of the pants would be bad. At the same time there are long zippers on the sides where you can open up for a good ventilation.
The snow cover in the bell wrap works excellent and stays in place. The durability is more than approved. I often go to the woods where you go into twigs and bushes and I can also admit that I met a tree. Nevertheless, the pants have not been torn up in any place. On the other hand, there may be some discoloration of such treatment. I have also washed the pants several times and have not noticed that they should have lost their characteristics.
The pants are undoubtedly worth the $ 2500 I paid for them. Really value for money!
