I like the bricks, though, it's hard to say that it's hard on the fleecy surface, the snow is stuck and it does not get waterproof either. This pants have a nice fit, it's stylish and functional. BUT:
Mountain Hardwear's new "better" outer fabric really does not really have to. Have certainly used the trousers quite hard. Over 120 days on the mountain. Most snowboarding, but also skiing and snowmobiling. Early, I noticed how the outer fabric began to be "fuzzy". The trousers fabric has a rip-stop function (square pattern that prevents tears) in which everything is possible to get caught. Wood pegs, barrels and other small wedges underneath the ripstop threads and the whole thing was fast. Improvement here if I can pray! 3000: - For a pair of pants, you need a lot.
